Summary

Robin Bowerfind has more than twenty years of experience in all areas of employment law, handling cases and issues from both a management and employee perspective over the course of her career. Prior to joining BAAS, she practiced in the well-regarded employment litigation groups at Venable LLP in Baltimore, Maryland, and at Stoel Rives LLP in Portland. Robin’s litigation practice focuses on discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage and hour claims. Robin routinely handles matters such as disciplinary issues, non-compete agreements, EEO investigations, separation agreements, wage payment disputes and leave issues. She also counsels employers regarding personnel policies, leave, termination and other issues. She has also represented major employers in class action litigation.
