Kelly has practiced employment law since 2009, and has experience representing both management and employee perspectives, in federal and state courts and in BOLI and DOL investigations.
She joined the firm as of counsel in 2022. Kelly received her law degree from Lewis and Clark in 2005, after spending a year as a visiting student at Vermont Law School, where she was on the Dean's List. She graduated from Dartmouth in 2001. Kelly served four years on the Board of Directors at Growing Gardens, a local non-profit, and regularly volunteers with Portland Public Schools.
