We are also extremely pleased to announce that this summer we will be joined by Dana Sullivan, one of the premier employment law attorneys in Oregon, who has extensive experience representing individuals in employment disputes. Dana will continue her practice representing individuals and will provide training and employment counseling services to employers who are committed to fairness and legal compliance in their employment practices. At the time that Dana joins us in June, our name will be changing to Buchanan Angeli Altschul & Sullivan LLP. |

Courtney Angeli is the moderator and co-planner of an all-day CLE jointly presented by the Federal Bar Association and Oregon Law Institute, entitled Hot Topics in Federal Practice and Procedure. Courtney will be presenting as part of a panel on effective summary judgment practice. The CLE will be held on May 30, 2008 at the Mark O. Hatfield federal courthouse in Portland. This seminar is being presented in cooperation with the United States District Court for the District of Oregon and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
