Kristine Lambert has almost fifteen years of experience representing clients in all aspects of employment law, handing cases and issues from both a management and employee perspective over the course of her career. Kristine previously served as in-house counsel for Federal Express Corporation.
Kristine has extensive experience handling matters such as harassment investigations, disciplinary issues, non-compete agreements, policy review, EEO investigations, separation agreements and leave issues. Kristine's litigation practice emphasizes discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims. Ms. Lambert has conducted numerous training programs for management groups on topics such as sexual harassment, retaliation, developing personnel policies, understanding leave laws and discrimination.
Ms. Lambert is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the Oregon Women Lawyers Association, the Multnomah Bar Association and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice in Oregon and Tennessee.
